Your hair is related to digestion. Constipation and indigestion can cause hair fall. It is important that your keep a healthy diet and take acidophilus after meals to improve digestion.

6) Eat Rich Iron Food

Iron deficiency can impact your scalp. Iron tablets or intake of iron rich food can be used to overcome this deficiency.

7) Apple Cider Vinegar Technique

Remember that it is normal to lose 100 hair strands each day. If you hair is dry and damaged, use Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water for final rinse after every wash.
