DIY Easy Makeup Setting Spray - One Recipe, 3 Ways All makeup wearers need a makeup setting spray at some point. You may not think it’s important but once you start using, it becomes a staple. Making your own spray from natural and healing ingredients can cost only a small amount of the price youpay for store bought sprays. This spray will help your makeup stay longer and prevent melting. Also, if you like wearing mineral makeup and want to add a dewy finish then this spray will work perfectly for you. Here are is a DIY easy makeup setting spray recipe:

You’ll need:

Glycerin (preferably vegetable glycerin), one part (one tbsp)
Distilled/Filtered Water, 3 parts (3 tbsp)
Few drops of your favorite essential oil (optional)
Small Spray Bottle

With the Funnel, pour all the ingredients in the spray bottle and shake well. You can store it for about two weeks. The quantity is small so you can discard it and make a new batch after a few weeks.

Rose Water Makeup Setting Spray:

In the recipe above, substitute plain water with rose water. Rose water has antiseptic and anti inflammatory properties. It also adds a nice fragrance.

Aloe/ Witch Hazel Makeup Setting Spray:

Substitute glycerin with Aloe Vera gel or witch Hazel. Add one part of aloe/witch hazel in 3 parts of plain water or rose water.
