Do you need lemon juice. You said that it reduces smell but do you REALLY Need it?
Hi, I do not think you really need it, but lemon reduces smell, but also in general helps oily skin. Its up to you
Lemon juice helps reduce the visibility of acne scars
I’ll have to try this!!
I want to try this! Would you suggest to put on while the egg white is still cold or too temp?
Thanks!
room temperature would be better
Oops, I meant *room temp.
Hi what about adding a drop of essential lemon oil instead of lemon juice?
Does it have to be fresh lemon juice or could you use the lemon juice out of the little lemon bottles?
This sounds like an excellent recipe, and I will do it, but I was wondering how often should I do this mask? How many times a week?
I love this mask! I had been using a pudding mask which was terrible to peel off and this was ten times better! I used lemon juice out of the bottle and it worked perfectly fine, definitely my new favorite mask
How often should you do the mask?
do you keep what is left over and use again, or do you throw away and make more every time?
I put it in a cup and put plastic warp over it. You want to make sure the plastic wrap actually touches the egg white (so there is no air between) though so it will need to drop down into the cup so a film doesn’t form. It should be good for about 2 days in the fridg.
How often should this be done?
And should I throw away the left over, or can it be used again?
Some of the yolk got in mine, but only a little bit. I’m still using it. It seems to be hardening fine, but I might add a little bit less lemon juice as some has definitely started to drip.
since your using raw egg shouldn’t you “wash” your face after & not just rinse with water?
