Egg White Mask For Oily Skin


Egg white works amazing for oily skin. It helps to tighten the skin and shrink large pores. This mask will leave your skin glowing and firm. It’s a very simple mask you’ll need only a couple of ingredients to make this mask.

Here’s what you need to make an egg white mask for oily skin:

1 egg (separated)
Few drops of  fresh lemon juice


  • Take the egg white in a clean bowl. Add lemon juice and lightly whisk. Lemon juice help reduce the smell of egg.
  • Make sure skin in properly cleansed. Rise with warm water to open up the pores.
  • Dip your fingers into egg white mixture and gently apply it onto your skin. Apply it all over your face in circular upward motion.
  • Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. It should be dry and hard.
  • Wash it off with warm water and apply an oil free moisturizer for healthy and supple skin.

    • I put it in a cup and put plastic warp over it. You want to make sure the plastic wrap actually touches the egg white (so there is no air between) though so it will need to drop down into the cup so a film doesn’t form. It should be good for about 2 days in the fridg.

  7. Some of the yolk got in mine, but only a little bit. I’m still using it. It seems to be hardening fine, but I might add a little bit less lemon juice as some has definitely started to drip.

  12. i am in the process of using it and it feels great! you can feel it tightening and it makes your face go tingily! i also got a small bit of egg yolk in mine but it doesnt seem to affect the mask.

  13. I just tried it once this week and my si have sensitive skin but my skin felt good. I was wondering how many times should you use it? Wasn’t sure it is a few times during the week or a month. After first my skin felt kinda try for a few mins and the it went away. I love it. . I’m trying diff things before my wedding in 6 months but I got a lot of compliments of how I look.

  14. I have used this mask twice now in the same week and I absolutely love it! I have fairly sensitive skin but it really works well! I make sure to thoroughly rinse it all off with warm water, and put a great moisturizer on right away afterwards. It feels very strange when it hardens, but it looks like it’s making a difference in my overall skin appearance!
